This website provides product information, feature illustrations and trade reading. Real business operations require an enabled and configured Lingdonggu workspace account.

Enter products, specifications, quantities, currency, unit prices and transaction terms, then preview the quotation. After checking, export PDF, Excel or Word files and choose Chinese or English quotation output.
Check when using: You review the products and amounts. Internal cost calculations are kept out of customer quotation files and do not automatically overwrite customer unit prices. Formal export involves login and identity verification; actual permissions are shown in the account.
Paste information or select a CSV, TSV or TXT file. Preview and edit proposed company and contact information row by row, then confirm the import. Customer records can connect conversations, opportunities and tasks.
Check when using: Each import file is limited to 5 MB. Tabular information can be parsed using rules; AI recognition of unstructured information requires an available service and may consume AI credits. Not every Excel or PDF file is supported for direct import.
Keep completed conversations and the customer's own words, organize information awaiting confirmation, then assign an owner, date and task for the next step. AI can suggest updates; you check and choose what to save.
Check when using: Manually recording a conversation does not send messages for you. Proposed information is not saved to customers, opportunities or tasks before confirmation. Email and external messaging connections require accounts, authorization, permissions and service configuration.
Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, purchase orders or shipping notices as needed. Use loading, cost and exchange-rate tools to check the relevant calculation conditions and information sources.
Check when using: Output methods vary between tools. Calculations depend on actual input, and document drafts need human review. A bill-of-lading draft is not a carrier-issued document, and a customs draft does not complete a declaration.
Prepare article, social-post, email or video-script drafts from actual product information. Edit, copy or export the result for the responsible person to continue using.
Check when using: AI generation requires actual model services and usage configuration. Content drafts, marketing plans and ad concepts do not mean publication or advertising has occurred, and do not guarantee inquiries or sales.
The website provides practical trade guides and news titles with short summaries from fixed public feeds. Original guides have full text here; collected news retains its source, date and original-reading link.

3 quotation export formats
The quotation backend supports PDF, XLSX (Excel) and DOCX (Word). This number describes quotation formats only; it does not mean every tool supports all three.
Quotation files can be produced in Chinese or English. This does not imply support for every language worldwide or validated bilingual output for every interface and document.
Based on the product code and existing audit snapshot, tools are organized into six task categories. A catalogue count of 27 does not mean all have passed current production validation. Refer to each feature for its conditions.
The website currently includes six independent guides covering information verification, quotations, follow-up, news checks, team use and product onboarding. Collected-card counts change on refresh and are not included in these six guides.

Can I handle real customers and orders on this website?
This website introduces the product, illustrates features and provides trade reading. Illustrations use demonstration information. Real customer records, saved quotations and business operations require an enabled Lingdonggu workspace account. The official workspace entry has not yet been configured here; you can first see what information to prepare.
What files can I send customers after preparing a quotation?
The quotation tool exports PDF, Excel and Word in Chinese or English. Check customers, specifications, quantities, currency, prices and terms before previewing and exporting. Internal costs and customer quotations are handled separately. Login, identity verification and permissions depend on the actual account page.
How can I bring an existing customer spreadsheet into Lingdonggu?
Prepare a small amount of information as CSV, TSV or TXT, or paste text. Each file must be no larger than 5 MB. Preview and edit fields after upload, then confirm the import. Tables can be parsed using rules; information requiring AI organization needs an available service and credits. Not every Excel or PDF file can be imported directly.
Do companies found in Xunqi synchronize automatically to Lingdonggu?
Xunqi and Lingdonggu are independent tools. The confirmed workflow is to export from Xunqi, manually check information and adjust fields, then preview and confirm the import in Lingdonggu. Public company information needs verification and is not a certified buyer list. One-click automatic synchronization has not been validated.
What else is needed for AI organization and message sending?
AI features require actual model services and available credits. Email and external messaging also need your own accounts, authorization and service configuration. Manually recording conversations does not send messages. Feature permissions, credits, channel fees and prices depend on the current account page; this website does not quote unconfirmed packages. The responsible person checks customer information and messages before proceeding.
