Start from the current task
Lingdonggu provides tools around information, quotations, documents and customer communication in trade work. Start by explaining what you need to finish now: understand a market, verify product information, prepare a customer quotation or organize communication into follow-on actions. A clear task makes the right feature easier to choose.
Information needs a source
Keep sources and dates when reading market news and company information. Facts should lead back to the original, and analytical judgments should state their basis. Leave unconfirmed information awaiting verification. System information can help discover leads, but it does not automatically establish purchasing intent or replace checking order conditions.
Align conditions before calculation
Quotations, packaging and loading depend on actual specifications, quantities and costs. Align units and conditions first so results are easier to check. Lingdonggu provides relevant tools, but users must still enter and verify information according to actual products and business requirements. Do not treat example numbers as real costs.
Preview after output
After generating a quotation or document, check names, amounts, quantities, terms and file display. Customer quotations and internal costs serve different purposes; keeping them separate reduces confusion. Export methods follow the formats actually supported by each tool. Do not extend support for one format into a claim that every format can be generated directly.
Keep communication moving
After a customer reply, retain the original and organize current needs, unconfirmed conditions and next steps. AI can assist with drafting or organization; people check the content before saving or sending. Assign an owner and time to the next step so this work provides evidence for the next conversation.
Understand the product through one complete task
Bring a real request from information verification through quotation output and follow-up recording, checking whether each step fits the team. Evaluate software through the work actually completed. Many features do not mean you must use all of them immediately. Find one workflow that runs smoothly, then expand gradually to bring the product naturally into everyday work.
