A list's value starts with verification
A company list can help you discover potential partners, but a company name, email address or phone number alone does not prove they are buying. Before outreach, answer three questions: who is this company, where did the information come from, and is its business relevant to your product? Get this step right so later communication has a clear basis.
Confirm the entity before the business
Check the company's official website, business address and public introduction. Make sure the names match and look for other companies with the same name. Product pages, service descriptions and cases are usually more useful than a category label. Leave missing information blank rather than filling it from assumptions. Never mark a public-directory record as a verified buyer without checking.
Keep the source with the information
Xunqi offers different collection tools, including maps, websites and public directories. When organizing information, keep the source page and corresponding URL, and check that the content remains valid before using it. Collection results can be exported. When moving them into the team's existing spreadsheet, check fields and duplicates. Exporting does not mean automatic synchronization to Lingdonggu.
Start with a small check before outreach
Choose a small group of companies relevant to your target market and product. Check each entity, website, product and contact link. Record the verification date, open questions and responsible person. If the website is no longer valid or the business is irrelevant, remove the company from this outreach round. A small check helps identify problems with filters and avoids spending time on many unsuitable targets.
Write facts and judgments separately
"The website shows furniture products" is a sourced fact. "May buy furniture parts" is a judgment to verify. Separate them in the records so sales colleagues know what can be used directly in communication and what needs a question first. Do not infer purchasing intent from article counts, search rankings or information completeness.
After finding a person, prepare a reason to contact them
An outreach email should explain why you are contacting the company, what you can offer and what you want the recipient to confirm. Real product information and a relevant cooperation question are more useful for starting a business conversation than a generic introduction. Publicly available contact details do not automatically grant permission to send. Actual sending must also follow regional rules, platform requirements and provider policies. Check the source before communicating: that is how company information enters a real business process.
